BIOtAK has been active in the world of washer-disinfection and decontamination since its inception. BIOtAK’s original project was the development of a very sensitive test to establish the cleaning efficacy of medical equipment washer-disinfectors, using a heat resistant enzymatic based indicator.
BIOtAK’s current range of activities covers consultation around decontamination processes and equipment, and the supply, support, and maintenance of medically CE marked washer-disinfectors for non-critical medical devices.

Our dedicated team of engineers across the UK ensures your decontamination equipment is regularly maintained and serviced to the highest standards. Maintenance contracts with BES Healthcare, and its subdivision BIOtAK, offer extended warranties, call-outs, and optional microbiological testing. Engineers perform biannual servicing and provide full support as needed, minimising downtime and maximising equipment efficiency for optimal patient care.
