• Independent positioning of thighs and pelvis
  The dual-chamber design of the Varilite Meridian cushion allows for independent set up under the buttocks and under the thighs.
• Fail safe air-foam technology
  Air-foam technology allows for full immersion into the cushion without bottoming out. Varilite cushions are fail safe, meaning even with a puncture you have the benefit of the foam in each cushion, to rely on.
• Three densities of foam for functional support
  The Varilite Evolution is comprised of soft foam beneath the bony parts of the pelvis, medium foam for the main support area beneath the thighs, and firm foam for the perimeter of the cushion and between the thighs: the combination of these provides the user with practical support for day-to-day functionality and at the same time optimal skin tissue health.
• Skin protection
  Reticulated foam in Varilite covers is breathable, allowing circulation of air and water vapour, helping in the preservation of healthy skin.
• Choice of cover options
  Available in mesh or water-resistant, Varilite covers meet the ISO 16840-10 ignition resistance standard, and are machine washable.
• Simple air volume adjustment
  The Meridian cushion’s air content is adjusted by opening a valve which allows the cushion to reflate when no-one is seated on it, and to let out the required amount of air when the person gets back onto the cushion.
